Please accept the followings before you order:
- We need at least 3weeks to make yorois.
- Our price NOT included delivery. Purchaser pays shipping charge (insurance included)
- Purchaser also pays bank charge for remittance, tax, custom, additional charges, etc., if any
- We ship our merchandise by courier unless otherwise requested
- Payment method we accept is BANK TRANSFER only. ADVANCED PAYMENT required

- Order Placement
Please send an order form if you are ready to purchase our merchandise.
- Download the ORDER FORM and print it out
- Complete it and sign it

- Receive an ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT from Takeiyama.com
You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to see the order form.
- Payment
We only accept BANK TRANSFER and ADVANCED PAYMENT required because most of our merchandise is make-to-order.
- Receive a PRO-FORMA INVOICE first from Takeiyama.com
- Remit payment by bank transfer according to the pro-forma invoice.
You are required to pay bank charges in addition to the payment, if any.
- Receive a CONFIRMATION OF REMITTANCE from Takeiyama.com
- Delivery
If any delay occurs, Takeiyama.com will let you know immediately.
- Receive a SHIPPING ADVICE from Takeiyama.com
- Pay custom, additional charges
- Check the merchandise right after you receive it.
If you find any breakage, please let us know immediately.
Shipping charge you pay includes insurance, therefore we will inform the insurance company of the breakage and the company will take care of it.
